Bergproperties also known as Big Time Listings reported that this estate is for sale. Known as Fleur de Lys and located in old Bel-Air this thing is a stunner. It is currently on the market for 125 million. I added a VE 3D screen cap and permalink just for fun.

Look at the radical remodel that happened to this house. Looks like they destroyed the tennis court in favor of a basketball court. I guess K-Fed doesn't play tennis. I love the pool in the after shot.

Christie Brinkley on Long Island

I don't know much about New York real estate but I found this little beach shack that the Realestalker says Chritie Brinkley is selling. If the Realestalker says something you can take it to the bank. Evidently the Brinkley's are quite the Long Island land barons and this is just a little place down at the beach they have had for a few years.

Britney's house on Summit Circle

Up to the top of Coldwater Canyon we go to the private enclave where the Britster lives or lived, I can't keep up. I do know this was going to be her bachlorette pad after her divorce but evidently this turned into to little more than a upscale crack house! Just kidding Britney!

A Birds Street Three Play

Three of my favorite houses in the Bird Streets. The middle home goes up in front of your eyes. One of the other homes I found on Prudential California Realty and man you REALLY need to go check out the view. I am a real sucker for city lights views, not jet-liner views, not even ocean views (except for a whitewater view of course). I think the ideal house should have lights as far as the eye can see and BOY this house fits that bill. I'm sorry but I don't have any information about the third house.

P.S. Actually now that I think about it the ideal house ought to have a white water view and a city lights view at the same time, which is why Ilove this house in Pacific Palisades so much!

Radical Home Makeover in Upper Riviera

This is reportedly the home of uber-producer Brian Grazer. It has been on the market for a while. The property actually has two houses. There is the main house which is a
California Ranch, and then there is the guest house built into the side of the hill, looking over the city back towards the Getty. See how they built the yard over the top of the guest house? Pretty clever.

West Side Estate of the Day

As far as I'm concerned this is the West side Los Angeles Estate of the year or decade. Perched on top of the highest hill in Pacific Palisades one can only dream that the view up here is spectacular! According to the Assessors office of LA county this house is 22000 feet with 7 bedrooms built in 1991.

Slash is the King of Hollywood

This house was recently featured in the Realestalker. This sure is a private place, no one could sneak up on you here. The steet you see down below is Hollywood Blvd. Of course, Slash has ruled Hollywood for 20 years now so it is fitting that he is perched high up over it.

Here's Johnny!

The modern triangular shaped home belonged to Johnnie Carson for years. Johnnie was an avid tennis player and had a championship tennis court built across the street from his cliff side home. I wonder just how valuable that makes this tennis court?? As you can see from the pictures it is on some prime Malibu real estate, and you know what they always say about location. .
